Q: What kind of owner is BrightStar looking for?

A: We know that our proven business model works, so finding the right owners is very important to us. Our typical franchisee is either a mid-level manager or above who has 5 years experience managing at least 3 people or more. Some have owned businesses before, but it is not a prerequisite. You need to be compassionate and caring. You also need to be able to build relationships, network, be resourceful, and have a net worth of $500,000.

Most of all, while we can teach you to run a successful senior care franchise, our owners also must have a passion to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
 

Q: Do I need medical or healthcare experience?

A: No. While it might be helpful, we did not have any medical or healthcare experience when we started. What is absolutely necessary is a passion to succeed. We’ll supply the necessary framework to give you every opportunity to do so.
